1. Application

1.2 No variation to these terms will be binding unless agreed by us in writing.

1.3 We may vary these Terms from time to time by written notice to you.


2. goods/services to be purchased

2.1 The goods/services to be purchased by you are as confirmed in our acceptance of your Order and may be varied by us to comply with any applicable law or other legal requirement.

2.2 We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Good/services are of good quality and fit for purpose.

3.Price and payment terms

3.1 You agree to pay the price notified to you at the time of placing your order and VAT at the applicable rate.

3.2 Any terms quoted by us will remain valid for a period of thirty days and may then be varied by us.

3.3 Payment will be due within fourteen days from the date of our invoice.

3.4 We may charge you interest at the rate of 4% above the base rate of such UK clearing bank as we nominate on sums not paid by the due date, until payment is received.

3.5 Payment may be made to us by cash or credit card/ debit card or other form of acceptable electronic transfer

4 Acceptance

4.1 You will notify us of any di-satisfaction with the goods/services received by Intergalactica Limited within 48 hours of the service taking place in order to receive a refund.

4.2 Returns and complaints

4.3 If you have any complaint, query or other feedback relating to the Goods purchased by you please refer these to Intergalactica Limited via intergalacticar@gmail.com . We welcome feedback to enable us to improve the quality of our service to you.

5. Liability

5.1 To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability under these terms whether in contract, tort or otherwise, will not exceed the value paid by you for the services in question.

5.2 We will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or loss of profit

5.3 we accept liability in the case of death of any child while under the care of our staff.

6 Cooling-off period

You have rights to cancel an order within fourteen days in the case of the Good/ services sold by us off-premises or otherwise at a distance. In such a case, you may notify us of your wish to cancel the order by contacting us via email at intergalacticar@gmail.com Please confirm the date of purchase, price and nature of any complaint and such other details as we may reasonably require to identify your order. Your order will then be cancelled and a refund will be provided to you providing the goods/services is unused/not received. We will normally refund to you the reasonable re-delivery costs incurred. Our liability may not apply in some cases such as where the Goods are personalised for your use or if they are perishable items.

7. General Provisions

7.1 no waiver: no delay by either party in exercising a right under these terms, will constitute a waiver of such right.

7.2 force majeure: the consumer will be liable to Intergalactica limited in the case they cancel within 24 hours of the service being delivered. They will be charged the full cost of the service.

7.3 notices: any notice sent to the last known address of the intended recipient will be deemed to be delivered as follows:

i. if delivered by hand, at the time of delivery

ii. if by e-mail, at the time of receipt of an acknowledgment of delivery

iii. if by pre-paid, recorded delivery mail, within three days of the date of posting.

7.4 Disputes and governing law

7.4.1 The parties will endeavour to resolve any dispute relating to these terms within thirty days of the matter being raised. If not so resolved, either party may refer the matter to a mediator agreed between the parties; or if not agreed within thirty days, as nominated by the President of the Law Society of England and Wales. The decision of such mediator will be final and binding on the parties, except in the case of manifest error.

7.4.2 These terms will be governed and interpreted under English law and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

8. Cancellation 
8.1 If you cancel a scheduled session less than 24 hours before the session is due to occur then you will be liable to pay a £10 per hour cancellation fee.

8.2 If the session is rebooked within a 7 day time period then you will not be charged the fee stated in 8.1.

8.3 if you choose to cancel your tutoring indefinitely and you have paid monthly you will not be refunded to total amount paid, unless it is within your cool of period
